Year of the Ham

A 2027 wall calendar: one leg of ham, twelve punny film costumes, photographed over a three-day shoot with every costume handmade. One classically trained ham. 100% of profit goes to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.

The back story: it started with one ham too many.

In 2016, we were organising a Christmas lunch for friends. We ordered a 5.7kg leg of ham. Lo and behold, two hams turned up. What to do? Somewhat influenced by the juice of the red grape, we took it for a walk. Then started dressing it up: Edward ScissorHam. Frosty the Snow Ham. The Hamburglar. Ham Solo. We were having a hoot. And the photos we shared with friends got some serious love. We decided the thing to do was wait ten years. Then make a calendar of the ham dressed as different characters. And sell it to raise money for an incredibly deserving charity. Ten years later, here we are.
